To make this content we first have to make the layout to hold content...

Once the layout boxes were in place,we have to put a content type module into the layout...

Column 2 of 2 contains image content and text content

Assuming this content box was made from the previous layout step, to add the image all we had to do was...

Select the + icon in the BB menu (top right)
Select "Modules"
Drag and Drop "Photo" module to desired content box
Select desired photo from Media library (image was pre-uploaded to site before being used on page).

For these instructions, another "Text Editor" module was dropped into the same content box afterwards.
